Funeral services were held for Richard Leon Hallock of Newalla, Oklahoma, on Thursday, February 4, 2010, at First United Pentecostal Church in Midwest City.Burial followed at Wellston Cemetery under the direction of Ford Funeral Service in Midwest City.Richard was born November 10, 1943, in Chandler to Roy and Jewell Campbell Hallock and died Sunday, January 31, 2010, in Midwest City. He was 66 years of age.He married Joyce Ann Vails on April 1, 1966, in Norman.A Chandler High School graduate, he was a fourth generation water well driller and a professional roofer.Preceding him in death were his parents and infant brother, Clark.Survivors include his wife, Joyce of the home; his son and daughter in law, Jimmy and Jennifer Hallock of Blanchard, Oklahoma; two daughters and son in laws, Donna Jean and Phil Mildram of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Joy Lynn and Manuel Ramirez of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by his sister and brother in law, Judy and Robert Mascho of Chandler; eight grandchildren, one great grandson; and other family and many friends.Published February 11, 2010.
