CONNIE JAREE GULLEY
1951 - 1997


Connie Jaree New Gulley died Saturday near Chandler at the age of 45.
She was born in Lawton on December 20, 1951, the daughter of Wiley and Wynema Ryder New.
She married Tony Gulley in Lawton on September 24, 1971.
She moved from Yukon to Chandler in 1988 and was a teacher in Chandler Schools. She taught gifted students and math lab students.
Mrs. Gulley was a member of First Christian Church, Chandler, and was a youth leader. She was also a member of the Oklahoma Education Association.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Gulley, of the home; one son, Chad Gulley of Chandler; one daughter, Lindsey Gulley of Chandler; mother, Wynema New of Lawton; two grandchildren; two brothers, Larry New of Lawton; Kim New of Lawton; and many other relatives and numerous friends.
Preceding her in death were her father and her grandparents.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Chandler Memorial School Auditorium with the Rev. J. Michael Henricks officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery, Chandler, under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Chandler.
Memorials may be made to First Christian Church Youth Group, Chandler.
