Phoebe Ellison Green died Sunday in Prague at 92.Mrs. Green was born May 11, 1908, in Amarillo, Texas, to H. B. and Mae Pirl Dunlap Ellison. She had lived in the Prague area since 1915.She married George Dewey Green on January 14, 1927. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1977.She was a homemaker and member of Garden Grove Missionary Baptist Church.Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Delmer and Wanda Green, Collinsville; daughter and son-in-law, Alene and Jerry Williams, Prague; son-in-law, Keith Moydell, Prague; sister-in-law, Amy Green Wyatt, Prague; two brothers, Barry Ellison and Tony Ellison, both of Prague; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; as well as other loved ones and numerous friends.She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Inez Moydell in 1990; three brothers; one sister; and one great-granddaughter.Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, Prague, with the Rev. Waldo Young officiating.Burial will follow in the Prague Cemetery.Published September 26, 2000.
