LUCAS ALLEN FLOYD
2016 - 2016


Lucus Allen Floyd, the infant son of Jo Seth Allen Floyd and Jazmen Bay Goforth was born on August, 2, 2016, in Tulsa, and went to Heaven on Thursday, December 1, 2016, in Cushing.
Lucus’s great grandfather, Gene Goforth, and great great uncle Kay Osborne, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his parents, Jo Seth Allen Floyd and Jazmen Bay Goforth of Davenport; sisters, Shana Bay Floyd and Arianna Lynn Floyd of Davenport; grandparents, Robert Goforth, Rachel Vigil, Yvonne Jones and Arthur Floyd and numerous other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Pastor Leon Williams officiating.
Interment will follow at Kellerby Cemetery.
