PATSY ANN ELLIS
1934 - 2005


Davenport, Oklahoma, resident, Patsy Ann Blakley Ellis, was born on October 15, 1934, in Avery, Oklahoma, and departed this life on November 7, 2005, in Chandler, at the age of 71 years.
Patsy was the daughter of Leslie F. and Lena Melton Blakley.
She married Earl D. Ellis on June 20, 1952, in Oklahoma City.
She retired from the Lincoln County Health Department where she worked in the WIC program and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Davenport.
Her parents and one brother preceded Patsy in death.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Earl D. Ellis of the home; three sons, Donald W. Ellis of Seminole, Oklahoma, Michael L. Ellis of Elgin, Oklahoma and Charles D. Ellis of Springs, Texas; one sister, Kathy Blakley Riddle Summers of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter as well as other relatives and many friends.
Service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Church of the Nazarene, Davenport, with the Rev. Alan McBroom officiating.
Burial will follow at New Zion Cemetery, Chandler, under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
