TOMMY CHARLES DAVIS
1945 - 2016


Tommy Charles Davis was born on June 29, 1945, in Burnett, north of Paden, and departed this life on Sunday, October 23, 2016, from pancreatic cancer, at his home, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 71.
Tommy, the son of Charlie and Dorothy Marie Davis, was a resident of Shawnee.
He graduated from Prague High School in 1964. Tommy worked at TEREX Corp for over 39 years building road equipment.
Tommy married Donna Jo Case on December 27, 2002 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
He was a member of Calvary Way Church in Prague.
His parents, in-laws, Raymond and Elfrieda Case, two nephews, Jared Annis and John Michael Case, one niece, Nathalee Annis, brothers-in-law, Kenneth Annis and Gary Sanford Davidson preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Jo Case of the home, daughters and sons-in-law, Anja and Terry Grissom of Shawnee, Amber and Luke Freeze of Tecumseh and Debbie Woody of Yukon, grandchildren, Ashley and Steven Parks, Christion, Cayle and Kirby Grissom, Jacob, Joshua, Jonah, Elizabeth, Aaron and Thomas Freeze, Brandy and Jason Oliphant, great grandchildren, Kennedy Coker, Case and Linkin Parks and Jayden; brother and his wife, Rev. Starland and Nancy Davis of Prague, sisters and husband Charlotte and Tom Schmidt of Arkansas, Kansas and Jarvis Annis of Prague, brother-in-law, Wayne and Katie Case of Tupelo, sister-in-law, Sharon and Richard Harwell of Meeker and June Davidson of Pinehurst, North Carolina, nine nephews, five nieces, ten great-nephews and eleve great nieces, adopted family in Atoka, Oklahoma Phil and Michelle Powell, Ashley, Brandy and Kendel Dale, Nancy Milford and Barbara Powell and the entire Powell family, and Dale Nanny, all of the campers and volunteer rangers at Snake Creek Marina at Lake Tenkiller, many aunts, uncles and cousins with a host of friends.
The Davis family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Way Church in Prague with Rev. Starland Davis and Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.
Interment will follow at Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
