DELMA KAYE COLEMAN
1946 - 2012
Funeral services were held for Delma Kaye Miller Coleman on Monday, August 20, 2012, at Independent Baptist Church in Davenport with the Rev. Johnny Miller officiating.
Delma was born June 5, 1946, in Davenport and died Friday, August 17, 2012, in Davenport at the age of 66 years.
The daughter of Frank and Eunice Porter Miller she married Johnny Coleman on October 9, 1964, in Nevada, Missouri.
She was a homemaker and a member of Independent Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her son Billy and one sister.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny of the home; one son and daughter in law, Jim and Erin Coleman of Edmond, Oklahoma; two daughters, Marie Miller and Tammy Grace, both of Eufaula, Oklahoma; four brothers, Homer Miller of Yukon, Oklahoma; Palmer Miller of Sherman, Texas; Johnny Miller and Melvin Miller, both of Davenport; three sisters, Christine Spain of Stroud; Betty Criess of Rockledge, Florida; and Norma Bailey of Paden, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and other family and friends.
Burial followed at Davenport Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
