WILMA JEAN CLEVENGER
1938 - 2001
Former Prague resident Wilma Jean McCrackin Clevenger, 62, of Livingston, Texas, died Friday at a hospital in Gainesville, Texas.She was born December 14, 1938, in Tulsa, to L. R. and Charlotte Cochrane McCrackin.She married Clarence Clevenger in the spring 1986.Mrs. Clevenger was employed for many years as a teller and bookkeeper at Prague National Bank.Preceding her in death were her parents and son, Doyle Wayne Opela.Survivors include her husband of the home; sons, Dexter Opela of Prague; and Mike Opela of Choctaw; stepsons, Clarence Lee Clevenger of Arkansas City, Kansas; and Dewayne Clevenger of Holdenville; sisters, Catherine Ray of Gore; and Dorothy Swan of Claremore; and grandchildren, Chad Opela of Prague; Krista Opela of Oklahoma City; and Colton Opela of Prague.Services will be 10:00 a.m. today at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel, Prague.The Rev. Clarence Lee Clevenger will officiate.Burial will follow in the Prague Cemetery.Published May 8, 2001.Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
