Brian Matthew Barrett was born in Moore, Oklahoma on June 10, 1974 and departed this life at Cushing, Oklahoma on March 28, 2013 at the age of 38 years.Brian was the son of Robert Richard Barrett and Sandra Mashburn Antelope.He was raised in the Drumright area and lived his life there.Brian was an avid fisherman and worked as a painter in the old field industry.He is preceded in death by his father, Robert R. Barrett.Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Patrick Antelope of Drumright, Oklahoma, two sons, Eric D. Benson and Blake Matthew Barrett, both of Stroud, Oklahoma, brother and sister in law, Robby and Janet Barrett of Stroud, Oklahoma, sister and brother in law, Cassandra Allen and Greg Gilbert of Cushing, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m at the Hyde Country Cemetery near Stroud, Oklahoma.Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Services of Stroud.
