CLETA "TOYIE" ADAMS
1930 - 2012
Cleta "Toyie" Adams was born on November 25, 1930, in Paden Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, October 11, 2012, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 81.Toyie, the daughter of L. L. and Anna Mae Davis Case, was a resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas.She married Albert L. Adams on December 23, 1943. He preceded Toyie in death on December 22, 1997.She was a retired LPN from Medi-Home Nursing Home and was a member of the Old Time Holiness Pentecostal Church of God.Her parents, son, Pete Adams and sister, Mary Barlow. also preceded Toyie in death.Survivors include her daughter, Marguerite Rotenberry of Fort Smith, Arkansas; siblings, Virginia Broyles of Tulsa, Joan Broyles of Paden, Peggy Wilson of Prague, Sue Hinds of Paden, L.T. Case of Paden, Max Case of Paden and Tex Case of Bristow; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 2:00, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Rev. Starland Davis officiating.Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery.Services are under the direction Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Prague.
