Shirley Louise Jordan Weaver

Shirley Louise Weaver, born August 3, 1937, in Prague, Oklahoma, passed away on May 1, 2025, in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, at the age of 87. She was the beloved daughter of Charles Monroe Jordan and Deliah Effie Ellen (Hutchinson) Jordan and the youngest of twelve children.

Shirley spent her early years in Prague before moving to Davenport, Oklahoma, in the eighth grade. She graduated from Davenport High School in 1957. On July 20, 1974, she married the love of her life, Cecil Louis Weaver, who preceded her in death on October 6, 1994.

She dedicated many years of her professional life as a secretary for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Shirley had a deep and abiding faith, and her church family at Maranatha Baptist Church in Bethany held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, and eight sisters. She is survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and cherished friends.
