According to the cemetery sign, Fallis Cemetery was established in 1893.
This cemetery was surveyed in October 2009.

Directions: From Wellston, take 3300 Rd. north approximately 3 1/2 miles. Turn west onto Fallis Rd. {0870 Rd.} and go 3 miles.
Turn north onto 3300 Rd. and go approximately 2 1/2 miles. Fallis Cemetery is located 0.3 miles from the intersection of 0850
and 3300 Rd. on the west side of the road. There is a wooden sign near the gate.
