Mary Ellen Krajicek Pernicka died Sunday in Prague. She was 81.She was born September 18, 1919, in Prague, the daughter of John and Marie Simecek Krajicek.She had been a resident of Prague most of her life.Mrs. Pernicka was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Prague.She married George Pernicka on January 31, 1947. He preceded her in death on February 8, 1992.She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother.Survivors include one brother and his wife, Eddie and Ruth Ann Krajicek, Sapulpa; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Elsie and Vernon Holasek, Oklahoma City; Ann Stastny, Prague; and Betty and Charles Franks, Oklahoma City; one sister-in-law, Laverna Kraicek, Del City; and several nieces and nephews.Services will be 2:00 p.m. today at the Czech National Cemetery with the Rev. Adrian Vorderlanwehr, O.S.B., officiating.Arrangements are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Prague.
