Elizabeth "Lizzie" Pospisil Jezek, a life-long Prague, Oklahoma resident, was born on August 8, 1904, in Prague and departed this life on Sunday, January 4, 2003, in Prague at the age of 99.Lizzie, the daughter of James and Mary Smika Pospisil, was a homemaker, a member of First United Methodist Church of Prague, ZCBJ Lodge, and the American Legion Auxiliary.Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James and Charlene Jezek of Prague; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and James Blackburn of Duncanville, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Christina Pospisil of Prague; and Clara Pospisil of Prague; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 8, 2004, at the Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Dr. Warren Danskin officiating.Interment will follow at the Czech National Cemetery in Prague.Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
