Bryan Scott Donovan

Bryan Scott Donovan was born July 13, 1983 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Scott and Lisa (Smith) Donovan. He passed away October 26, 2022 in Stillwater at the age of 39.

Bryan grew up in Carney where he graduated from high school with the class of 2001. He enjoyed almost any kind of sport as well as music, anime, and playing Pokémon Go with his brother and sister-in-law. He loved spending time with his brothers and sister and playing cards with his grandma.

Bryan worked at Wal-Mart in Chandler for over 12 years in maintenance as well as wherever they needed help. He had a heart of gold, and nobody ever spoke anything but kind words about him.

Bryan was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wilmer Smith, and Jesse Donovan. Survivors include his parents, Scott and Lisa Donovan of the home; brothers, Mathew Donovan (April) of Stillwater, Braydon Donovan (Madison) of Cushing; sister, Beth Donovan of Carney; grandparents, Rosa Smith of Agra, Lois and Dale Cochran of Wichita; uncles and aunts, Chris Smith (Lori), Jesse Donovan, Lonnie Cochran (Nikki), Yvonne Sutton; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at the First Assembly of God in Carney with Bo Gibbs officiating and interment to follow in the Carney Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
