Opal Willene Doshier Hill Obit

Opal Willene (Doshier) Hill, 81, of Bokoshe, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2000, in Fort Smith. She was born July 11, 1919 in Hartman, Ark. Mrs. Hill worked at Anthony's in Poteau for 10 years. Her most recent employment was the Fashion Plate in Poteau for eight years and sheretired from there three years ago.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tyde "Shike" Doshier and Horace Hill.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Pat and Obie Hamlin of Norman and Carol and Bobby Morgan of Shady Point; two sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Bonnie Doshier of Spiro and Gary and Joyce Doshier of Flower Hill; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23 in Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. Jay Bruce and Pastor Laveta Rust. Burial will follow at Shady Point Cemetery under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home of Poteuau.
Pallbearers will be Mike Doshier, Scott Doshier, Mark Hamlin, Roscoe Hill, Dwayne Hensley, Doug Killion and Steve Doshier.
