She was born on October 25, 1967 in Mena, Arkansas to Jimmy and Ava Lee (Pollard) Williams. Rachell was a devoted mother, and grandmother. She was full of life and enjoyed doing many things; hunting, fishing, kayaking, and being outside tending to her flowers, and garden. She wasn't a big shopper but enjoyed small amounts with Jessie, and Jade. Rachell loved watching her granddaughters play softball.
Mrs. Graham is survived by her brother, Delbert Williams and wife Tonya of Ludlow, Oklahoma, daughters, Jessie Ingram and husband Marion of Bokchito, Oklahoma, and Jade Graham and Bo Fox of Caney, Oklahoma; cherished granddaughters, Kendra and Kaylr Ingram of Bokchito, Oklahoma; 3 nephews, 1 great-nephew, and many friends.A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday July 26th at the Ludlow Cemetery in Ludlow, Oklahoma with Bill Sergant officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Ingram, Ed Rose, Glenn Wilson, Mike McIntire, Ray Wilson, and the honorary pallbearers are Bo Fox, and Marion Ingram.
