Lora Belle McDaniel, 66, of Poteau, passed away Monday, April 15, 2002. She was born Aug. 19, 1935 in Tarby.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wilce Flanary; and one brother, Virgil Flanary.
Survivors include her husband, Paul H. McDaniel of the home; four sons, John Patton of Orlando, Fla., Gordon Patton of Dallas, Texas, Michael Patton of Tulsa and Paul K. McDaniel of McLoud; two grandchildren, Shelby Patton and Phillip Patton; her mother, Lois Faires of Poteau; four sisters, Mary Pickle of Poteau, Bonnie Gibson of Springdale, Ark., Eva Smith of Sherman, Texas and Diane Parnell of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Bill Flanary of Austin and Larry Flanary of Springdale; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 18 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau with the Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Poteau under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
