Ms. Cecilia Dawn Bissell, 31, of Talihina, OK , passed away Thursday, November 17th, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma. 

Ms. Bissell was born in Durant, Oklahoma on December 20, 1979, the daughter of Joe Pierce and the late Julie (Warren) Mulholt. She was a member of First Baptist Church Talihina, Oklahoma. 
She was an insurance agent and enjoyed working with her elderly clients. She had a great personality and was always very friendly to everyone. 

She is survived by her daughter, Brooklyn of the home, her father Joe Pierce of the home, 2 brothers Fred and Amanda Pierce of Talihina, OK and Mason Pierce of Poteau, Oklahoma, and a stepsister Kendra Langford of Poteau, Oklahoma, Paternal Grandparents Cal & Norma Pierce of the home, Maternal Grandfather Bob Warren of Talihina, OK. 
She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins as well as other relatives and a host of friends. 

Pallbearers will be Fred Pierce, Mason Pierce, Ross Warren, Roger Warren, Eli Pierce, Jeff Jackson and Tom Stegall. 

Services will be at First Baptist Church, Talihina, Oklahoma. at 10 AM on Monday, November 21st, with Bro. Mark Cook officiating. 

 Interment will follow in New Talihina Cemetery Talihina, Oklahoma.
