Rob Skelton, 37, died Jan. 4, 2000, in Spiro. He was born Jan. 29, 1962, in Poteau, to James "Buck" and Hazel (McCage) Skelton. He was a forklift driver and loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his father.
Mr. Skelton is survived by his wife, Kathy, of the home; two daughters, Amberlynn Skelton and Ashley Shaw both of Spiro; four sons, Dwayne and Gregory Skelton both of Spiro, and Joshua Maden and Jeremy Lairimore both of Pocola; mother, Hazel, of Spiro; sister, Janette Barnes of Spiro; and two brothers, James Allen, and Eugene Skelton both of Spiro.
Graveside services will 2 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 9, at New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Spiro.
