He died 1853 in Chesterfield Macoupin Co. Illinois.

Ellen CUMMINGS was born abt 1888 in Conway County Arkansas, and died abt 1917 in Brazil, Leflore County Oklahoma. She married Ceburn Tee MORRIS, son of George MORRIS and Sophia JULIEN.
