Memorial services for James W. Lovelace and his mother, Arlene Davidson, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at Greenhill Cemetery Pavilion, Cameron.
J.W., 52, a lifelong resident of Poteau, died Sunday, Sept. 30, in Poteau. Arlene, 71, also of Poteau, died Sept. 17. Prior to his passing J.W. had been working in the oilfields of South Texas. Also preceding him in death were his stepfather, Wesley “Buck” Davidson, and grandparents, George William and Leona (Henry) Barrett.
He is survived by an aunt, Clara Moore of Panama; uncle, Luther DeWeese of Dallas; stepsisters, Karen Pennington of Hackett, Ark., and Deborah Baxter of Edmond; other relatives and loved ones. Online condolences may be left at evansandmillerfuneralhomes.com.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
