Funeral services for Lewis A. Womack were held at the Baptist Church in Williams, Oklahoma, at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 1980. Reverend Pete Butler and Calvin Terry officiated.

Mr. Womack was born on February 28, 1901, and passed away on March 13, 1980.

He leaves his wife, four daughters, two sons, two sisters, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grand-children.

Interment was at Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron, Oklahoma, under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
