Howard Delbet Dickey

"Dad passed Jan 3-1999....residents around there knew him. Janet Ilene (Farr) Dickey was married to my father. He had a cowboy silhouette to mark his grave. I don't know where it went. Janet's daughter lives in the house that was my dad's. They didn't want us kids to know where my dad was. I found him. Found his death certificate (see above).
Buried next to Janet. (No Marker)
