STIGLER - Ruthie Easley Goines, 39, of Stigler died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2002, in a Fort Smith hospital. She was a homemaker. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. today at Old Bokoshe Cemetery in Bokoshe under the direction of King & Shearwood Funeral Home of Stigler. She is survived by her son, Mickey Goines of Stigler; two sisters, LaDonna Henry of Kingsland, Ga., and Linda Austin of Las Vegas; and two brothers, John Goines of Stigler and Ray Nipps of Fresno, Calif.
