Mildred Pauline Shinault

Mildred Pauline Shinault, 67, of Bokoshe, who worked in real estate sales, died Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Ark.
She was born May 11, 1932, in McAlester and was married to Andrew J. Shinault.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 675 Coggins Road, Poteau, with Lavon Williams officiating. Burial will be at Old Bokoshe Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Andrew J. Shinault of the home; a daughter, Maria Linda Sumida of Stockton, Calif.; a son and daughter-in-law, James D. and Nancy Shinault of Cameron; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Grace and Otto Sekell of Modesto, Calif., and Shirley Fairbanks, also of Modesto; a brother and sister-in-law, Leonard and Betty Fairbanks of Chandler, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Melissa Sumida and James Andrew Shinault; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and loved ones and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Iva A. and Catherine Fairbanks, a brother, Sherman Fairbanks, and a grandson, Robert Shinault.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau.
