Bobby Don Bourne Sr., 50, passed away Aug. 18, 2009, in Talihina.
He was born Aug. 10, 1959, in Poteau, to Donald Lee and Sue (Vincent) Bourne. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother David Brian Bourne.
He is survived by his wife Terri (McDonald) Bourne of the home; his mother Sue and stepfather Curtis Hayes; a son Bobby Don Bourne Jr. of Lamar, Mo.; two daughters Brandy Ann Sewell of Lamar and Donna LeAnn and husband Chad Mathis of Fort Smith, Ark.; a brother Derrick Lee Bourne ofCelburne, Texas; two step-brothers Bobby Hayes and Charles Hayes; three step-sisters Shirley Bell, Theresa Matlock and Jenny Hayes; six grandchildren Blade Micheal Bourne, Zyler Anthony Leonard, Alaiagha Ann Leonard, Richard Lee Sewell III, Persais Dawn Sewell, Gracie Ann Mathis; numerous other relatives, friends and loved ones.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at Gospel Tabernacle, Poteau, with Lawrence Daniels and Everett Morris officiating. Interment will follow service at Old Bokoshe Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Jonas Bourne, Dwayne Vincent, Jerry Dunning, Rusty Satterfield, Jerry Collins and Charles Hayes.
