Alva Marion Coon

Alva Marion Coon, died suddenly at his home late Thursday.

He was working in the field practically all day & suddenly he was not feeling well, he was directed to rest. Later he became seriously ill and soon died.
Funeral services were conducted at the New Harmony Baptist Church & burial was in the Mountain View cemetery.

Alva Marion Coon was born at Salem, Nebr. July 24, 1890 and was 55 years of age at the time of his death. He was married to Ella Huse Swearingen Jan. 8, 1910 & they had 11 children. Three children preceded their father in death.

Survivors are his wife & eight of the children. Three Sisters and 8 Grandchildren also survive
