Vicky was raised and attended school in Snyder. After graduation, she married Macario Cardona on December 6, 1968 in Snyder. The couple remained in Snyder where Vicky worked as a cook in the Snyder School system. They moved to Lawton where she drove a bus for Lawton Public Schools until her retirement due to an injury in 1988. Vicky spent most of her time with her family, cooking, sewing and being their best friend. She also enjoyed dancing in her younger years, playing Bingo, listening to gospel music and church activities. Vicky spent most of her retirement years traveling between Lawton and Phoenix, spending time with family in both places.
She was preceded in death by her father, Buster; husband, Macario;
infant sister, Brenda Gayle Snow, and brother, Troy Snow.
Survivors include a son, Craig Cardona and wife Kathy of Cache; 2 daughters,
Becky Goodman and spouse Bob of Chandler, AZ, and April Cardona and spouse
Ken Treon of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Rachel Cardona, Amber Cardona and
spouse Jerry Pratton, Christopher Cardona, Alexander Cardona, Benjamin
Cardona and Nicholas Cardona, all of Phoenix; 2 step grandchildren, Clint
Trae of Phoenix and Soren Denney of Cache; a great grandson, Andrew Pratton
of Phoenix, AZ, and a special friend, Edmond Booker.
