The funeral for Jack D. Weber, 81, of Dover, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Oak Grove Church. The Rev. Fred Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.
He was born Nov. 29, 1925, northeast of Dover to Frank and Ida Monroe Weber and died Friday, March 16, 2007, in Hennessey.
He graduated from Dover High School and served in the Army during World War II. He was awarded the Bronze Star. He married Wilma Clymer Dec. 23, 1950, in Crescent. He was a member of Crescent Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Grange.
Surviving are his wife Wilma, of the home; two daughters, Sharyl Seiger of Hennessey, and Carla Ohm of Dover; two sons, Ellis Weber of Oklahoma City, and Jay Weber of Fritch, Texas; one brother, Ben Weber of Bison; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Russell Murray Hospice.
