ENID, OK — Funeral for Juanita June Schulz, 80, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2013, in Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend John McLemore will officiate. Burial will follow in Lyon Valley Cemetery, east of Hennessey.
She was born February 8, 1933, at home east of Bison, OK, to Herman and Anna Schulz and died Friday, October 18, 2013, at home.
Juanita attended Pioneer school and Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha. She was inducted into Oklahoma Softball Hall of Fame and Oklahoma Bowling Hall of Fame in 1992. Bowling, softball and her dogs were her true loves.
She is survived by five siblings: Dolores Weber of Bison, Junior Schulz and his wife of Bison, Shirley West of Enid, Charles Schulz of Enid and Johnny Schulz of Douglas, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and older brother, Harold.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation — Heart Division or charity of choice.
