Kingfisher – Graveside service for Floyd Troyer Jr., 67, will be at 2 PM Monday in the Kingfisher Cemetery. Mark LaMarr will officiate. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service.

He was born November 5, 1928, in Dover to Floyd and Rosa Wheeler Troyer and died Friday, December 8, 1995, at the Second Shamrock Nursing Center in Kingfisher.

On June 9, 1961, he married Betty Lou Anderson at Crescent. He was a dozer operator and farmer, living in the Dover area most of his life. He had also worked for Farrar, returning to the farm in 1977. He had been in failing health the past three years.

Surviving are five daughters, Mary Lou Hicks, Vickie Ann Barnett, Pamela Floydean Milig, Betty Kay Saboloviich and Sheri Louise Winegeart, all of Crescent; one sister, Goldie Baker of Kingfisher; four grandchildren; and two great – grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
