The funeral for Gladys Mae Oswald, 95, is 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018, at First United Methodist Church, the Rev. P. J. Stewart officiating.
 
Burial follows at Hennessey Cemetery, under the direction of Cordy-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.
 
Gladys was born in Hennessey on September 17, 1923, to Perry and Ester Kroth Clements, and died Sunday, October 21, 2018, at Hennessey Care Center.
Gladys married Isadore Oswald November 24, 1944, in Enid. She was a member of the First United Methodist, United Methodist Women, and Hennessey Senior Citizen Center.

Gladys is survived by one daughter, Nancy LaPorte and husband Charles of Hennessey; one son, Ray Oswald of Enid; two sisters, Elaine Lee of Hennessey, and Janice Dodd of Edmond.

Gladys was proceeded in death by her husband Isadore Oswald, two brothers, and four sisters.
 
Memorial donations in her name may be made to First United Methodist Church, Hospice Circle of Love, or a charity of one's choice, with Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds: 500 S. Main Street, Hennessey, OK 73742.
