Burial will follow at Hennessey Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral home.
Frank was born at Crescent on May 21, 1929 to Louie Lee and Ethel F. Stanfield Moran and died Friday, December 22, 2017 at his home in Hennessey. He entered the U.S. Army on March 14, 1951 and served in Korea and Japan. Frank married Marjorie Rogers in Enid on December 23, 1960. The Couple live in Dover. They later moved to Hennessey where he worked for Gas Testing and Measurement Co. as a supervisor for Thurmond- McGlothlin, Inc. until his retirement.
Frank is survived by one step-son Craig Wheeler of Edmond; one granddaughter Michelle Shockley of Hennessey , two grandsons John Loftis of Waxahachie, Texas and J.C. Wheeler of Edmond.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie, one daughter Debby Asbill, and one sister Grace Moran.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
