A celebration of life for Melvin Haymaker, 68, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, at Dover Christian Church, Dover. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary, Okeene.

Melvin was born Sept. 24, 1943, near Hennessey to Raymon and Jewell Turner Haymaker and died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012.

Preceded by one brother. Preceded by one brother.

Surviving are wife, Carol of the home; son, Mike Haymaker and wife Alisha; stepson, Brad Yates; daughter, Tammy Marsh and husband John; stepdaughter, Paige Stover and husband Quinn; sisters, Julia Bantz and husband Merv and Vonnie Meritt and husband Kay; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
