Memorial service for Jackie L. Dunnahoe Frazier, 84, Kingfisher, was at 10:30 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 28 at the First Christian Church of Kingfisher.
Burial followed at Hennessey Cemetery.
Jackie died peacefully after a short battle with cancer Mon., Jan. 25, 2016, at
her home in Kingfisher. She was born Aug. 28, 1931 to Danny Stiger and Eloise
Stiger Sturgeon, both of Hennessey.
Jackie was raised in the Hennessey area and graduated from HHS in 1949. She
married George E. Dunnahoe Jr. of Pasadena, Texas, where they lived. The couple
had three children. George Dunnahoe died in 1983.
She moved to Kingfisher to be close to her elderly mother, and married George M.
Frazier Dec. 18, 1998, at First Christian Church of Kingfisher, where she later
became a member.
Jackie was a homemaker, caring for her children and family. She loved to play
cards with friends, enjoy her three cats and read “Chicken Soup” books. She and
George were blessed with love, compassion, friendship and marital bliss.
Preceding her in death were, her first husband, George E. Dunnahoe Jr., one son,
Danny Jo Dunnahoe of Texas, and her parents.
Surviving are husband George of the home; two sons, Eddie Dunnahoe and wife
Cynthia of Pasadena, Jeff Dunnahoe of South Houston, Texas; a stepdaughter,
Debbie Cantrell and husband Danny of Adair; eight grandchildren, 10
great-grandchildren, and several cousins and aunts.
