Henry Nolte, 76, of Curtis, Okla., was buried in Cimarron Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.  A short service was held at the grave. 

A daughter from Durant and another one from Oklahoma City;  a son from Tulsa, and another one from California; Mr. and Mrs. Luther Melton, and a daughter and her husband from Sidney, Iowa, were in attendance and quite a few old neighbors and friends. 

Mr. Nolte passed away during church services while he was giving testimony.
