LAWSON FUNERAL HELD TUESDAY
Funeral for Mrs. Mabel I. Lawson was held Tuesday afternoon in the Smith Memorial chapel at Guthrie, with Rev. Bryan Spivey officiating. Interment was in the Cashion cemetery. Mrs. Lawson, 70, died Saturday at the Alverno Heights hospital in Guthrie after an extended illness. Survivors are her husband, George M., of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Ramona Green of Wichita, Kan., and Mrs. Naomi Rising, of Cashion; her mother, Mrs. Emma Hatfield, and a brother, Clifford Hatfield, both of Guthrie; three sisters, Mrs. May Myers and Mrs. Madge Blair, of Guthrie and Mrs. Juanita Whisler of Edmond; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
