Lena Dorothy Hammond was born near Navina, Logan County, Oklahoma June 10, 1899. She resided there with her parents, Me. and Mrs., George Beck, until March 3, 1918 when she was united in marriage to Frank Hammond. To this union one son, George R. was born. She answering the call to her reward January 8, 1920.
She became a Christian at the age of twelve years when she united with the Methodist Church at Cashion. She lived a consistent Christian life, was a lovable wife and affectionate daughter. She leaves to mourn her, a husband, infant son, father, mother, two brothers, two sisters and her many friends.
