Helen June Higdon (Blehm) Cline, 82 of Yukon, OK passed away
Sunday, October 10, 2021 in Yukon.
She was born February 23, 1939 in the county of Lawrence,
Missouri to Letha Ellen Vanderpool. Helen was raised in
Missouri and Cashion, OK by her mother, Letha and
stepfather, Lawrence George Blehm.
Helen married Kenneth Cline and had two sons, Vance Cline
and Jed Cline. On March 8, 1985, she married Kenny Higdon of
Yukon and helped raise his two children, Jennifer Higdon and
George David Higdon.
Helen loved to sew and sewed for everyone that needed a
shirt, dress, blanket, or a hem or hole patched.
Helen is preceded in death by her mother, Letha Blehm;
stepfather, Lawrence Blehm; stepsister, Katherine Payne;
Wilma Longhofer (Lee); Loretta Kanatzar (Bob); Mearl Miser;
and one stepdaughter, Jennifer Higdon.
Left to remember Helen's life are her husband of 36 years,
Kenny Higdon; her two sons, Vance Cline (Angel) and Jed
Cline; and stepson, George David Higdon (Lauren); sister,
Beverly Morgan and sister, Mary Sowards (Jim).
Helen had six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. All
little children called her Grandma no matter whose children
they were. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and
cousins that thought she was the greatest.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M.,
Friday, October 15, 2021 at Cashion Cemetery. Services are
under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, 220 North
1st St., Guthrie, OK 73044.
Visitation will be held
Thursday, 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her name to
the Alzheimer's Association.
