Coy Dean Horn was born March 13, 1958, in Kingfisher to Cecil and Jacquelyn (Hewitt) Horn. He passed away Oct. 11, 2024, in Enid.

Coy was born and raised in Dover where he attended school and graduated in 1976. After high school, Coy entered the workforce building a career in the oil field. He farmed, worked in the oil field and embarked on various business ventures in his lifetime. Coy grew up on the farm with his siblings Billy and LaDeana.

He was preceded in death by parents, grandparents Jack and Beulah Hewitt and Viola and Cecil Joel Horn, brother Billy and wife Jamay Horn, sister LaDeana Crosswhite, and mother of his sons, Dena James.

He is survived by his sons Michael Stout, Brandan Stout and wife Jessica and Dane Stout; daughter Casady Fiorillo; eight grandchildren; brother- in-law Frank Crosswhite; nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at the Crescent First Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Channel officiating.

Burial will follow in the Banner Cemetery west of Crescent. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
