This cemetery is known as the American Baptist Home Cemetery. The land for this cemetery was donated by a Mary A. Jayne from Blaine County, on January 10, 1900. The deed was recorded in Kingfisher county deeds office on February 17, 1900. It was deeded to the American Baptist Home Mission Society of New York City. The location legal description is the South East Corner of the South East Quarter of Section 26, Township 16, Range 9. This cemetery when I spotted it had just recently been brush hogged and there were a few stones laying down. Heavy tree growth close to some of the stones indicated that the cemetery had not been well maintained. The cemetery was not fenced, and there were no roads leading directly into the cemetery property.
