May 22, 1939 - July 25, 2022
Linda B. Bray of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, died Monday morning, July 25, 2022, in the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home in Blackwell at the age of 83 years.
Linda B. Bray was born on May 22, 1939, in Billings, Oklahoma, to John Quincy and Thelma Fern (Breinholt) Holmes. She attended school in Marshall, Enid, and Garber High School graduating in 1956. She furthered her education by attending college. Following graduation, she began working as a contract negotiator with Tinker Air Force Base. Following over thirty years of service she retired and began working at Remington Park Racetrack. In 1996 she began her own title company, which her daughter later took over. She enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She loved to travel with her family and tending her flower beds. Other interests include fishing and various handcrafts.
She is survived by three daughters, Kristine Bray of Oklahoma City, Robin Bray of Oklahoma City and Jamie Glass and husband, Chris Glass of Blackwell; two grandchildren; and four great-greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Becky Bray; a grandson, Joshua Johnson; two sisters, Annabelle and Ellen; and a brother, Robbie.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 1, 2022, in the Riverview Cemetery, North of Billings, Oklahoma with Robbie Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of the donor's choice in honor of Linda.
