Viola Pearl Bradshaw Kincy Haley, former 62 year resident of Ponca City, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012, in Granbury, Texas. She was 91 years of age.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012, at the Wiley Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 2: oo p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Ponca City, Oklahoma with Dr. Larry Nigh presiding. Local arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
Viola was born May 2, 1920, in Proffitt, Texas, to Ambrose Hill Bradshaw and Callie Donia Ficklin Bradshaw. In August of 1940, she married Wyley Kincy and after 49 years of marriage he preceded her in death in March of 1989. She married John Haley and he preceded her in death in September 2010. She was a member of Granbury First Baptist Church. She was a precious and loving mother and grandmother who treasured her family. Preceding her in death were her parents daughter, Tresia Kay Mustain in February of 2000 her brother, Dick Bradshaw and also halfbrothers and sisters.
She is survived by one son, Phillip Kincy and wife, Sue Ann, of Nocona, Texas daughter, Jenice Foster and husband, Garry, of Weatherford, Texas grandchildren, Al Kincy, Ginny Yeager, Jesse Kincy, Molly Reinhart, Jenny Capron, Jill Plunkett, Julie Rivers, Jana Schiewe, Brian Foster 15 great grandchildren brother, Ray Bradshaw of Denton and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2012 at Grace Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
