Keaton Brea Collins infant son of Travis Collins and Jessica Meadows passed away at his home in Ponca City, Oklahoma on Sunday June 5, 2016.
Keaton was born May 16, 2013 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Keaton loved building blocks, stacking things and then tearing them down, watching and being involved in sports, animals, Mickey Mouse, Minion's being outdoors, watering flowers and playing basketball especially when you would pick him up and let him slam dunk the ball thru the hoop.
Survivors include his Father Travis Collins of Ponca City; Mother Jessica Meadows of Ponca City; siblings Tyler Collins, Tanner Collins, Kailee Collins, Zachary Collins, Sophia Meadows and Lane Meadows; paternal grandparents John & Nina Collins of California; maternal grandparents Darrell & Karlene McAbee of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2016 at the Life Center Church 1300 W. Grand (West Door Entrance) with Rev.Monty Goree officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of the Grace Memorial Chapel.
Visitation hours will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2016 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Grace Memorial Chapel.
A fund in Keaton's name has been established with RCB Bank 14th and Highland to help with expenses.
