Rhonda Ann Bullard, born on February 28, 1958, in Odessa, TX to George E. Bullard and Patsy Ann (Owen), passed peacefully on July 2, 2021, in Edmond, OK.
Visitation will be held at Trout Funeral Home Monday, July 5, 2021, from 12:00 PM-8:00 PM. Rhonda’s funeral service will be at Trout Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Resthaven-Sunset Memorial Park. Those unable to attend the Funeral Ceremony, may attend virtually on the Trout Funeral Home website, www.troutfuneralhome.com and click on the live-stream or toolbar icon on the top right corner after 1:45 PM.
Rhonda was always a joy to everyone she met.
Rhonda is proceeded in death by her father George Earl Bullard.
She is survived by her mother Patsy Ann Bullard of Edmond, OK; brothers Kenneth Earl Bullard and wife Elizabeth of Edmond, OK, Rodney Bullard and wife Cathy of Arkansas City, KS, and Richard Bullard and partner Ron of Ponca City, OK; sisters Gloria Brawner and husband Doug of Oregon, Phyllis Nail and husband Mack of Splendora, TX, and Donna Runnels of Odessa, TX.
