Frances Sebor
March 24, 1946 - July 8, 2024
Frances Kay Loucks Sebor was born March 24, 1946 in Ponca City and was a longtime resident.
Frances is preceded in death by her beloved husband John Sebor, her parents Delacey Orlando Loucks and Mildred Dewitt Loucks, stepson Don Sebor, daughter in law Cindy D Sebor, and nephew Steve Baird.
She is survived by her son Robbie Robison, Stepson Greg Sebor and wife Gaytha, her Sister Nadina Oney, Brother Harry D Loucks and wife Robin, Grandchildren, Calie Coate and husband Dustin, Colby Sebor (Selena), and Jay Sebor (Brea), Great Grandchildren Avery and Jesse Choate, Lyndie and Kinsley Sebor, Josie and Sawyer Sebor, deeply loved Nieces Leslie Blanchard, Janie Sanchez, and Nephews, Jeff Loucks, Chad Loucks, Great Nephews, David Blanchard, Brian Blanchard, Travis Baird, Patrick Sanchez, Great Niece, Nicole Mora, and beloved friends Lila Kiser and Dixie Weers.
Frances was a devoted member of the Newkirk United Methodist Church where she enjoyed serving, volunteering and her many church friends.
Frances enjoyed life. She loved playing cards with friends, telling a jokes, and funny stories. She was a fabulous cook and was famous for her wonderful dinner rolls. One of her favorite things to do was dress up like Mr. & Mrs. Claus with her husband John and to visit all their grandchildren. She was very proud of all her family and made sure they all knew of each other's accomplishments. She will be remembered for her kind heart and generosity and will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2024, in the Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, Visitation will be Tuesday, July16, 2024 in the Grace Memorial Chapel of Ponca City. The family has asked in lieu of flowers to make memorial donations to the Newkirk United Methodist Church 101 S. Walnut St Newkirk, OK 74647.
