Stephanie was born on Monday, October 8, 1962, in Oklahoma City, OK, to James and Verna (Brammer) Zeiders. She married Kevin Smith and they were married from 1982 to 2000. They lived in Enid and McAlester and had three beautiful daughters. While they lived in Enid, Stephanie worked for ARCO. After they moved to McAlester, she was a stay at home mom until she decided to go back to school. She received her BS Degree in 2004, from East Central University and a Masters Degree of Nursing from Midwestern State University in 2018. She became a registered nurse and worked many years in the ICU and ER. In the past year, she had been working at Cardiovascular Health in Enid. Stephanie loved nursing very much and was passionate and dedicated to her job.

She began dating Frank Oliver in November, 2001, marrying him in February, 2018. Frank died on February 4, 2024. Stephanie and Frank ran and owned a cardiac clinic in Ardmore , OK for several years. She absolutely loved working side by side with Frank each day and the work they did in cardiology. After Frank died, Stephanie moved to Ponca City to be closer to her daughters and grandkids. Samantha, Stacy and Kelli were the shining lights in her life. She cherished the extra time she got to spend with the girls and their families. Living in Ponca enabled her to participate more fully in the lives of Carly, John, Katie, Harper, and Tyler. The could always count on grandma to have mints or M &Ms and run to sonic for a coke. Before returning to work, she got to be a stay at home grandma for a year. She was at every important event for her grandkids and it brought her great joy.
