Donna Kay Miller
July 20, 1944 - September 17, 2025

On September 17, 2025 our beloved Mother, Donna Kay (Fulton) Miller, was called home to be with the Lord. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children, after a years long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Donna was born July 20, 1944 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Francis and Dorothy Fulton. She spent her childhood traveling with her parents, gardening with her father and spending time at the lake with her family. She had fond memories of spending time her nieces and nephews. Donna graduated from Ponca High School in 1962. She met her beloved husband Bill Miller after he ran into her and knocked her books out of her arms as she was exiting the student union at Northern Oklahoma College. They were married in December 1968. Donna graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in elementary education. She later graduated from Central State with a Masters degree in education. She was a reading specialist and spent her career teaching and advocating for children with learning differences. Donna lived a life of faith. Her love for Christ reflected in every aspect of her life. Donna was a kind and caring mother and she often extended her love and nurturing to her children's friends and others. She enjoyed gardening was a talented seamstress and was a lover of music. She had an infectious smile and laugh. We find comfort in the fact that Donna now rests in the arms of her Savior free from pain and sorrow.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill Miller, her mother Dorothy Fulton, Father Francis J Fulton. Her sister Jo Harrisberger and her sister Betty Sanders. A graveside service will be held at 1100 Tuesday September 23 at Rest haven cemetery in Ponca City.
