July 30, 1960 - March 29, 2024

Randal Lane Logan of Ponca City, Oklahoma, died March 29, 2024 at his home at the age of 63 years.

Randal Lane Logan was born on July 30, 1960, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Clarence and Earlene Joy (Fitzgerald) Logan Jr. He grew up and attended schools in Ponca City graduating from Ponca City High School in 1978. He furthered his education by attending Pioneer Vo-Tech where he studied to be an electrician. Following completion of his program he began working for Osborn Electric in Ponca City. He became the electrician for Ponca City Public Schools in 1985 and later became head of maintenance and transportation for Blackwell Public Schools. He was a member of the Blackwell Church of Christ. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing video games and solitaire. His favorite activities were tinkering and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Logan of Ponca City; his mother, Earlene Logan of Ponca City; a daughter, Hayley Acklin and husband Ben of Ponca City; a son, Ian Logan and wife Lindsey of Midwest City; a sister, Rori Roark and husband Mike of Bartlesville; and a granddaughter, Eliza Acklin of Ponca City.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Friday, April 5 in the Blackwell Church of Christ with Lanny Jobe of Stillwater Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park in Ponca City. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday evening, April 4 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Casketbearers will be Bill Branson, Tim O'Connor, Gary Cobb, Brad Logan, Brent Logan and Brian Logan. Honorary casketbearers will be Alex Hudsonpillar and Ben Acklin.
